Most qualified drivers complete the application, screening, and one-day orientation within 5–7 business days, then get seated in a truck immediately.
You decide. We offer OTR, regional, and local lanes. Dispatch works with you to match loads to your preferred home-time schedule—no forced dispatch.
You’ll be assigned a Freightliner or Peterbilt tractor with safety tech, APU, and in-cab amenities. All major maintenance is covered by Venus Trans; a 24-hour hotline and nationwide partner shops keep breakdowns and downtime to a minimum.
